Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!

To commit to a routine that’s attainable. Try to accomplish a daily regimen that is achievable and then anything more is “extra” or to meet a personal goal. It is much easier to meet the recommendation of 30 mins a day than to expect to train 1-2 hours a day. Be realistic.
My father is a former infantry Marine. An active life in sports and physical fitness was apart of my life from the moment I could be taught. At 9 years old I was running the high school track, attending basketball camps and playing pick up games at a local park until I could play middle school sports. I enjoyed being in a team sport. I enjoyed preparing for track meets and games. I knew then I would always keep an active lifestyle. It was an adrenaline rush the minute my foot hit the track or court and still is till this day.
Train for yourself. Not to impress your coach, not to impress anyone but yourself. When you focus on what you need to do to get to the goal rather than keeping up with anyone that's self-love. That’s your focus. YOU. I focus on small goals each week that will add up to big goals.
